Early Bird-Programm

The VIP program will start on race day from 5:30 a.m. on in the morning with the individual arrival and check-in at the VIP area at the Guggenberger  Lake/ City of Neutraubling. Appropriate VIP parking area is designated. Enjoy the view on the 3.8 mile swim while having a Bavarian breakfast and experience first hand the swim start of the IRONMAN Regensburg with more than 2,200 athletes from 54 nations. From 10:00 a.m., you can cheer on the top athletes at the end of the first bike lap near the transition area 1 (about 200 meters walk). The Early Bird VIP program ends at 10:30 a.m.

VIP-Program in downtown Regensburg

For those of you who don´t plan to arrive that early in the morning for Ironman Regensburgs, the VIP program begins in the downtown Regensburg at 11:00 a.m. at the VIP lounge at the “Dultplatz” next to transition area 2. At 11:30 a.m. our VIP Guides (walk about 50 meters) will guide you to transition area 2 at the “Dultplatz”. Be there live when the athletes change  from bike to run the 42.2 km long route through the city of Regensburg. From 1:00 p.m., we invite all guests to a VIP lunch in the VIP tent at the fairground. For the big finish line party with music and presentation reserved grandstand seats are available from 2:30 p.m. on for you at “Stadtamhof” next to the finishline. There you have the best view of the finish line and experience first hand the finish of the winners. At 4:30 p.m. the awards ceremony of the first woman and the first man will be held at the  area “Stadtamhof” . The VIP program ends in the inner city at 3:00 p.m.. Of course you are still invited to celebrate the arrival of the last finisher at 11:00 p.m. with us.

Ironman SportExpo

On race day is worth a visit to the IRONMAN SportsExpo, which is located directly at the “Dultplatz”, near the VIP lounge and the transition area 2. The IRONMAN SportsExpo is open on race day between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. At the official IRONMAN shop the popular merchandise items are available.
